October is manufacturing month, and is a time to look back and see how far the industry and our company have come since our humble beginnings. Since 1954 Molded Dimensions has been proudly producing high quality molded products out of Wisconsin that are used in a wide spectrum of industries, applications, and environments. Our goal is to make our company a “great place where people choose to work,” and in return we provide our customers with superior engineering elastomer solutions.
Molded Solutions is proud to showcase our efforts through our numerous certifications and awards including a spot in Milwaukee Journal Sentinel’s ‘Top 100 Workplaces’ for 5 consecutive years. In addition to our own growth, we are also thrilled to see the progress within the manufacturing sector as a whole. According to the Wisconsin Manufactures and Commerce (WMC) “In 2015, our Wisconsin manufacturing sector was responsible for more than $57 billion worth of economic output, employing over 462,000 Wisconsinites and accounting for 19 percent of our gross domestic product.” As we look forward to the new and exiting developments within the industry, we encourage everyone to use National Manufacturing Month as an education tool to learn more about emerging technologies, safety protocols, and overall growth headways in the field.
