As Thanksgiving approaches, we at Molded Dimensions Group are reminded of the importance of giving back and supporting the communities that support us. Our teams prioritize engagement in various charitable efforts throughout the year, embracing the spirit of gratitude and generosity in the season of Thanksgiving and beyond.

One of our primary traditions is our annual charitable month in February, dedicated to causes that are of special meaning to us. For the past few years, we have organized a drive for Tailwaggers 911, an animal rescue service in Ozaukee County, Wisconsin dedicated to the placement of unwanted and homeless dogs. Through the drive, we donate essential items and funds to help rescued dogs find loving forever homes.

In addition to our efforts each February, we also focus on specific needs as they arise. For example, in late summer, we organize school supply drives to ensure students in our communities have the tools they need for a successful school year. Additionally, in November, we conduct food drives to benefit food pantries, helping families in need have access to healthy meals during the holiday season.

As a unique opportunity for employees at our location in Port Washington, WI, they volunteered to hand out giveaways at the local farmer’s market on select Saturdays. Molded Dimensions Group was proud to be a main sponsor for this event last year. To show our gratitude for our team members who gave of their time at the market, each received a half-day of PTO in recognition of their efforts.

We are also pleased to celebrate our team’s independent spirit of giving. Many of our employees regularly donate blood, further demonstrating their commitment to helping others.

In the spirit of Thanksgiving, we like to provide our employees with a gift redeemable for a turkey as a small gesture of our thanks to them this time of year. And as we look toward the holiday season, we are also participating in a Holiday Bear Program where plush bears are delivered to children at Ascension Columbia St. Mary’s Hospital Ozaukee, ensuring our efforts to give back extend through the end of the year.

We are truly grateful for the opportunity to support our community and for the commitment of our employees who make all these initiatives possible. With Thanksgiving as a time to reflect on what we are thankful for, we are honored to be able to give back to the communities around us.
