Tell us about your past experience and current role at Molded Dimensions Group.
Throughout my career I’ve held roles across Sales, Research & Development, Engineering, Quality, Production and Leadership, giving me a well-rounded perspective on manufacturing processes. In my current role as Director of Engineering, that diverse background helps me apply practical, effective solutions across the organization.
What does a typical day as Director of Engineering look like?
The beauty of this role is that every day is different. I have routines, but the real work is focused on making the team’s jobs easier and exceeding our customers’ expectations.
What experience made you feel like you belonged at Molded Dimensions Group?
My first month at Molded Dimensions Group spoke volumes about the culture. I was welcomed not just by my department, but by the entire organization. Every question I had was met with a thoughtful, helpful response, making it easy to get up to speed and feel at home.
What recent project that you have worked on or are working on did you find particularly interesting or fulfilling?
Spending time on the production floor, whether it is on CI projects or development work, has been incredibly valuable. It brings a hands-on perspective that applies to many aspects of what we do in engineering.
We live in a rapidly changing world. What predictions do you have for your industry in the next few years?
AI (Artificial Intelligence) will continue to transform our industry. How companies choose to embrace and utilize it will define who succeeds and who falls behind.

What do you like to do in your spare time?
Anything that gets my kids outside, camping, golfing or just a fire in the backyard.
