Current Career Openings

  • Machine Operators 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift (Port Washington)
    Operate and monitor rubber molding equipment, keep an eye on quality, inspect and trim parts, and work alongside your coworkers to hit production targets. No experience necessary. Machine operation experience is a plus, injection molding even better.
  • Production Molder – 2nd Shift – 4 day work week! (Port Washington)
    This unique opportunity entails accurately mixing liquid resin, pouring mixture into heated molds and inspecting finished product. Preferred experience in molding or related industry, with manufacturing experience a plus.
  • Machine Caster – 1st and 2nd Shift – 4 day work week! (Marshfield)
    Includes general setup, prepping, pouring, demolding and trimming parts based on customers’ work specifications. Our team will train those with limited experience if you have a great attitude and dedication towards the work.
  • Manufacturing Engineer (Port Washington)
    This role focuses on continuous improvement initiatives, day-to-day production support, and cross-functional collaboration for new product development.
  • Metal Prep – 1st and 2nd Shift (Port Washington)
    This person would be trained to prep inserts including sand blasting, priming and/or painting. Prior experience would be helpful but not required.
  • Production Floater – 1st Shift (Port Washington)
    Filling in across various departments to maintain workflow, ensure product quality, and meet production goals, including prepping inserts, running a CMEC machine, some grinding operations, performing trim functions as well as urethane molding.
  • Working Lead – Rubber Molding – 3rd Shift (Port Washington)
    Responsible for supporting daily production operations while providing leadership and guidance to team members, combining supervisory duties with hands-on production support.
